Hispanic Leadership Committee meets monthly, and is similar to Parish Council.

The Hispanic Leadership Committe work in cooperation with the pastor and the total parish in setting policy and establishing goals, objectives and action plans in the growing Hispanic community at Our Lady of Guadalupe.
